Without payment plane:
Customer will pay the full amount cost immediately.
With payment plane:
Customer pays:
- Make a deposit the first today
- next deposit within two weeks
- following the other two weeks
- Till the final payment
Shipment is done immediale after the final payment is completed.

Terms
- Doll ships only after full payment
- Payments due every agree days
- Missed payments beyond grace period may cancel the order
- Deposit is non-refundable because the doll is reserved/customized
This only works especially for:
- Full-body silicone dolls
- Custom-painted dolls
- Limited edition dolls
Our Payment Plan Policies
1. Non-Refundable Deposit.
Our first deposit is 35% 0f the total cost :
- 35% upfront
This is to protects:
- Materials cost
- Artist labor
- Reservation time
2. Maximum Payment Duration
the payment most be completed at the maximum payment duration:
- 1–3 months maximum, depending on the customer source of income
NB: Longer plans increase cancellation risk.
3. Clear Late Payment Rules
NB:
- 5-day grace period
- $25 late fee after grace period
- Two missed payments = cancellation
4. Shipping Policy
Clearly state:
- Shipping occurs after final payment clears
- Buyer pays shipping unless included
- Insurance/tracking included or optional
5. Custom Orders
For custom silicone reborn dolls:
- Make all payments non-refundable once painting/rooting begins
- Include estimated completion timeline
Terms

- Payments more than 7 days late may result in cancellation.
- If cancelled, previous payments may be partially refundable at seller discretion except deposit.
