By placing an order through laurasiliconebabies, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement, to protect each other, and to set expectations for our service.

1. General Information


Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, but occasionally there may be a discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of your purchase. In this case, we will contact you to ask if you would prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or if you would prefer a voucher.

2. Shipping costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and, most importantly, the destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping costs will be processed at the time of purchase. This price will be the final price of your order, excluding shipping.


3. Returns


The return conditions are available on the Return and Refund Policy page, which you will find linked at the bottom of the page.


4. Delivery conditions

Generally, international orders can be in transit for up to 2 days. However, this timeframe can exceptionally be longer (up to 3 days). This varies considerably depending on the delivery method selected and the supplier of the items in your order.


Shipping time

Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours following payment of the order.

Our teams contact the storage locations of the items from Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding national holidays, at which time shipping will not be activated with the storage locations.

When you place an order with  laurasiliconebabies , the maximum shipping time is 5 business days. However, delivery takes between 7 and 21 business days depending on the reborn doll model, and it tends to be longer, especially during the holiday season.

It is important to note the difference between shipping and delivery. Delivery refers to the act of transporting items and ensuring their arrival at a destination address. Shipping, on the other hand, refers to the act of sending the items from an order.

This is why, exceptionally, the delivery time may take up to 4 weeks (2 working days for order processing, 5 working days for shipping and 7 to 21 working days for delivery).

These are exceptional total delivery times, but  laurasiliconebabies wanted to inform you to avoid any inconvenience. That said, once this delivery period has passed, i.e., 4 weeks, we want to ensure your satisfaction.

This almost never happens, but  laurasiliconebabies is starting to become a victim of its own success, and we prefer to anticipate these kinds of situations and let you know what our customer service policy is.

Therefore, if you received your order confirmation email 4 weeks ago or more, please either reply to your order confirmation email or email us at  info@laurasiliconebabies.com .

 

To ensure your email is processed as quickly as possible, we recommend including the following information in your email:

– Your order number

– The email address used when placing your order

– Name

– First name

– Contents of your order (even approximate)

– Date of your order

 

If you send us an email to  info@laurasiliconebabies.com , we also advise you to put “Delivery time – Your order number” as the subject of the email.  

Example: “Delivery time – 125698”

The laurasiliconebabies customer service team will respond to address your situation.


4.1 Change of Delivery Address
For requests to change the delivery address, we are unable to modify the delivery address after payment has been validated.

4.2 Shipping via P.O. Box

Reborn Baby will only ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations at this time.

4.3 Shipping to Military Addresses
We are able to deliver to military addresses via the USPS. However, we are unable to offer this service using courier services.


4.4 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to ask if you would prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or if you would prefer a store credit. This store credit will have a value greater than the amount of your original order.


4.5 Delivery delay
If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us at the email address  info@laurasiliconebabies.com
 so that we can process your request. 


5. Tracking Notifications:
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking link allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates available from the shipping provider.

6. Packages Damaged in Transit:
If you notice that a package is damaged in transit, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact the relevant members of [Company Name].

7. Duties and taxes
7.1 Sales tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as shown on  
Bébé Reborn when you placed your order.


7.2 Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes may be payable upon arrival in the destination country for international shipments. This varies by country, and  laurasiliconebabies
encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to laurasiliconebabies  at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund of the value of the goods paid for, less the return shipping costs. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.


8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order from laurasiliconebabies
, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy at the bottom of the page.


9. Insurance.

Packages are insured against damage and loss up to the value declared by the carrier. Loss is considered confirmed by the postal service. Delivery confirmed by the postal service will be considered valid. Indeed,  laurasiliconebabies
  has unfortunately experienced  too many cases of dishonest customers claiming not to have received their orders, relying solely on the customer’s word. However, laurasiliconebabies will do its utmost to satisfy you by resending the items in your order at its own expense or offering you  a gift certificate with a value exceeding the amount of your initial order.


9.1 Process for packages damaged in transit:

We will process a refund or replacement according to the Return and Refund Policy, which you can find linked at the bottom of the page.


9.2 Process for packages lost in transit:

If the postal service confirms a loss in transit,  laurasiliconebabies
will do its best to satisfy you by resending the items in your order at its own expense or offering you  a gift certificate with a value exceeding the amount of your initial order.
